haha. finally found time to change my blogskin. i think it looks..pretty nice eh. haha. im quite high now la. i think is zi-high again. lol i finished summarising the points for the geog test on monday. think i'll probably be studying abit later, abit tmr. by hook or crook must finish studying by monday la. even if it means burning abit of the midnight oil to finish studying alright =D less tv from now on, common tests are coming. and have to start studying for EOY alr. no time to lose yea. JY PPLE!! haha. recently been loaded with tests and hw. but used to it alr la. what to do? jus do the hw la lol.


haha thinking of that when im going overseas i will suddenly be very high and motivated to study hard. super hard. so that i will be able to enjoy it when im overseas, knowing that i've worked hard and so i can play hard during the holidays. it may seem a little early to start celebrating when the common tests havent actually started yet. but sometimes day-dreaming may not necessarily be bad. hmm yea back to the topic. yes, im going to japan this end of year. and im looking forward to the chalet too! haha whenever i think of the previous times i visited japan and how much i enjoyed it, talking, enjoying the scenery, playing PSP and taking lots of pics and buying lots of things simply just make me smile =DD cos i love winter, especially the snow in hokkaido. the bus rides tend to be longer in hokkaido as its in the winter and so the driver cannot drive too fast. so yea.. and the convenience stored located at almost every 100 to 200m on almost every road we pass. and at almost any and every place, there'll be at least be 3 and more vending machines selling food, drinks, cigarette. the Qoo aluminium drink bottles' designs are simply SO cute. the food in the vending is very nice too ^^ at every convenience store, what u will look forward to most is to buy some bubble gum and bottled milk tea and food to eat along the way. especially when u leave the milk tea on the bus overnight, and in the morning u will realise the drink is chilled by the cold weather. and so it'll simply taste very nice. in hokkaido, their style is more of the laid-back stuff. so some of the hotels we stay in will be very traditional, with tatami and stuff, which is very very comfortable. some of u may think the tatami is very thin but actually it isnt. its very comfortable, try it! and onsens are ownage too! during the night, me and my parents will go to the onsen and relax ourselves, soothe our aching muscles from walking so much. the BEST part of being overseas in japan is, there is always SO much food to eat! whether at convenience stores, shopping centres or roadside stalls. the ice cream in japan is really really YUMMY. i've tried tofu ice cream, green tea ice cream, 7 special scoops ice cream(elaborate later), sweet potato ice cream, rose ice cream and beer ice cream. the tofu ice cream is nice, tastes somewhat like vanilla. and green tea ice cream of cos, tastes like green tea, but the subtle taste is very nice cos some are flavoured too heavily with green tea taste. the 7 special scoops ice cream is found in otaru. it consists of 7 scoops on a cone: lavender, soda, melon, coffee and many more but i forgot. i would love to try the 7 scoops one again! and my favourite part of proper meals are especially when we eat shabu shabu, which is mini steamboat. one person has one mini wok and a plate of mushrooms(shiitake etc..),crab and some other stuff. but that time i was allergic to crab, so i didnt try crab. but i heard its very fresh and yummy.


there's also a place called glass factory, which blows glass and makes it into some vases, mugs or shapes. and also music box factory. they sell exquisite music boxes and those custom made music boxes. beer factories are somewhere that u cannot miss in hokkaido. in sapporo beer factory, u get to try beer ice cream made from sapporo beer. the chocolate factory is the best of all! they sell chocolate. >.< its actually two biscuits with a chocolate in between. super nice!


in short, u will fall in love with japan when u go there. regardless of where u go. i would recommend first timers to go to tokyo, city area. second time to go to hokkaido area. and third timers to kyushu. as for okinawa, unless u are those very rural pple or those who especially love seafood and slow-paced life. but of cos if u all wanna know more abt japan dont hesitate to approach me im more than willing to help cos i love japan!! haha byes.
